browsing ebay, I came across this auction...what do you guys think?

I really like the look H3 wheels on the TB's. I know I would still need the wheel adapters, but anything else to get these to fit?

Is it really a 5 bolt wheel?... or does the seller not know how to count?

okay, what about this one?

I am just wondering if the size of the wheels and tires will require more modifying of my TB or not.

Well, right now, I am half way around the world. But if I was home, this would be a pretty good deal. I could drive to Nashville in a day from my house.

if I accidently end up with these wheels and tires...other than the suspension lift and spacers, will I need to do anything else to get them to fit?

285 75 16 will require trimming of your wheel well liner, though I don't know how much. Also make sure your spacers go from the tb bolt pattern to the 6x5.5 pattern for the hummer wheels.

Eta: just noticed the second ebay link. See post below

If you weren't in Afghanistan I'd have given you the tools to answer the size thing yourself.

However, the tires are 265/75/16, which equates to a 31.6" diameter. They will probably fit without modification (with wheel spacers), but I don't know the frontspacing of the wheel, so I'm kinda making an educated guess.

Ah, just saw the second ebay link. I'm running the same size tires, and all I had to do was modify the wheel well liner with a box cutter to be good. Might be a little bit different depending on the backspacing of the h3 wheel but you should be fine.

Thanks for the help guys. I might end up with these wheels and tires. If so...I will order some 1.5" spacers that markmc pointed me to. I have already cut up on my fenders in the front, so no big deal if I need to do any more...hopefully I will be home in a little over 40 days, and I work on it!!!
