A little touchy at first but work good once I got them set. For what I paid they are great. I still double check after using them but I would do that with any.

Great find. Teebes and I have Stauns, but he drives around a lot more on the beaches (or did before Baja safety got to be even bigger an issue). And his quit working - presumably because of salt build up on the brass. I keep meaning to see if I can soak them in CLR or something and bring them back to life.

Not for me. I don't use impact or air tools either.

I check them to be sure of my safety but I use them so I don't have to hold the valve open. They work but if one were to drop to 6 psi and I slipped a bead off chamber and rolled from being too lazy to check I would kick my own ass.

I prefer to do things by hand and know they are right. I torque every lug nut by hand and wont let an impact near my wheels.

Exactly. I really want them just for the ease of letting air out of the tires all at once, so it doesn't take as long for that process. I will want to double check the pressure regardless of how accurate they are.

That makes sense. Now you'll need an air compressor with four lines and three other little people.

Ehh, one compressor is just fine. I'll take all the time at the end of the trip to air up as I want.

Its more the fact that everyone I've been wheelin' with has deflators so they are always ready before me, so that is just a much a factor as the 'less hassle to air down' part of wanting these...

But I wouldn't mind bringing along a few 'little' people to assist me.

I got mine for under $25 shipped in a month long search and bid session on ebay. The kit I got is brand new and is worth the full price they ask, but I had the time to search and was willing to wait for a deal. Mine are the 5-20 PSI version.

Ha! YOU must be the one that ruined it for everyone else! (jk) They're on e-bay now, alright, but ONLY in the 'buy-it-now' format at $60 plus shipping. I imagine they're STILL cussing that guy that sniped a set for $25!!

I need a set of these. They need to be pretty cheap and work fairly well, but given that I'm definitely getting a set. I hate airing down as much as the next guy.

I don't know for sure if any one here has them, but just from reviews online, I read they aren't that great. Not easy to setup, not very consistant even after setting up and take much longer than Stauns...

but thats just reviews I've read.

Saw 'em on ebay, was curious. Reviews work! Thanks for sharing. If you know about stuff that works, there's no reason to get something else to save a few bucks, suffer the pain, and end up getting the stuff that works that you knew about in the first place. I'll take the short road, and stick with what these guys know is good.
