Ok everyone please, only list your tire size, and load letter. I need to decide on a C or E load rated tire.

Please use the format below.

My current setup
-2005 TB EXT 4.2L 4x4
-265/70/17
-38psi all around
-load range E

Sidewalls will be stronger and hold up to more abuse on an E tire...

My current setup
-2006 TB 4.2L 4x4
-305/65/17
-34 psi all around
-load range E

But I would rather have c for the extra sidewall flex. I do like how tough mine are though. You got a tough decision. Just remember some tires only come in certain load ratings.

My current setup:
-2002 TB 4.2L 4x4
-265/75/16
-35 psi
-load range D

More flex than an E rated, but more durable than a C rated. E rated also creates a lot more rolling resistance because of weight. Harder on the brakes and the gas tank.

I like the sidewall flex, but constantly worry about tearing them. No problems so far though, and I've been driving through a lot of brush recently (overgrowth on old, unused trails).
