Navigator, Mike lifted the body himself, before he left, then him and Kyle did the rear bumper at my house.
Mike showed up at my place around 3:30PM on Saturday. I was finishing up making his sliders, and we hung out in my shop, mostly... We painted the bumper and rad skid, as well...
Sunday, Kyle came over, and he and Mike did the rear bumper part of the body lift on Mike's TB, while I installed the sliders. We all sort of worked on all the extra trimming on the fenders, do they wouldn't rub. We also got the bumper and rad skid, and oil pan skid installed.
Monday, we just did the spare tire carrier... It's welded to the top of the hitch, so there's no loss of towing and tongue weight capacity like there is with even the best hitch extension tire carrier. The bumper had to have a bit of an oversized hole put in it for the install, but that was covered up by the grip plate, and it turned out great... The bottom of the tire is 2" above the top of the receiver, and isn't above the headrests of the back seats. The window glass clears it in the up position, and the hatch clears it at the bottom stop. The stop is internal, so there's no ugly pile of metal off the back for it to rest on. (not to mention zero loss of departure angle) ALso, it doesn't rattle around like the receiver-mounted ones do without using a bolt and smashing the receiver tube...

Needs more triangulation?
