So I made the same light bar that james and everyone else made back in the day. The only difference is I changed to an eBay pos led light instead of the old blazer lights guys used to run. The lights actually have decent output, but fog up pretty dang quick. After a trip to lowes to get a bar, that was conveniently cut to the exact length I needed, and a trip to oreilys to get a wire kit. I'm gonna be honest, james made a little pic with a wiring diagram, and the kit had everything in it, minus the "plug." That is the only draw back to the kit. Also, at lowes I bought some window locks. Lmmfao! If you look they are there, I marked them with a sharpie and used a bench grinder to shave em down. I had to open the pack in the store and find long enough replacement bolts to rerun inside the bracket as well as washers to tighten down the wingnuts. I opted for stainless. Do what you want. Whatever. The lights work pretty decent for anything under 50 meters or so. When I get a chance I'll make a post of light in stages.
