Atturo tires

Need new shoes? This is the place to discuss.

I came across this brand name through the dealer I bought my truck from last year, but just now got around to doing some research on them. They are made in both Tiawan and Thailand, NOT China, and all they make is light truck and SUV tires, some in sizes to suit our trucks.

There seems to be no mention of them on this forum, but some comments on a Jeep forum and a diesel forum, It seems that no one has run them long enough to get a good feel for tread life, but handling comments are positive.

The one that intrigues me is the LT 265/70R17, at 31.7" tall, 10 ply, 47.9 lbs. This one should fit our platform with no lift, but might need spacers because of its width.

Anyone here heard of them before?

I've only ever seen an ad for them in JP or FWOR or something. The Trailblade looks pretty much like a BFG KM to me. The price on the size you are looking at is better than what I paid for my Goodyear Duratracs in 255/75r17, although I got a 100 rebate.

I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

I've been in contact with Atturo and it appears I will be receiving a set to review for my website. If I do get them, I will let you know how they hold up.

Looking forward to your review, beavercountyemt. My interest is for future upgrade from my current 29" Hancooks, after getting my lift done. Both the lift, and taller, more aggressive tires are being delayed by routine repairs and mainenance (brakes, hubs, coil packs, ubj) required to bring my recently purchased truck up to good solid condition, before getting into the build.

I was also looking at these earlier this week in the blade mt's, thinking either in 265/70/17 or 285/70/17.
