I'm actually on an old win7 laptop right now that that the DVD drive doesn't work and none of the USB drives work (kids broke them) because I would rather use this one than than the Win 8 version.

I've added a new challenge to my list. Not only to complete the Rubicon in my truck, but also to hike it. Both challenges well eventually be done solo.

Computer specs is the topic. How much RAM should I get? I'm only looking to edit videos, general internet use, some file conversion, uploads, etc.
As far as memory goes, I was planning on bringing my 1 Terabyte external hard drive for the big media downloads/storage
I'm looking at this
But a concern i have is whether or not that screen will be big enough. I'm using an old 14" right now and it feels small.
I'm looking at this one, too. 13.3" screen, 4 GB Ram, 160 GB hard drive, running Win7. But it's a bit pricier than I was wanting.
