Out of curiousity, how are you all monitering your trans temp? I have an OBD II adapter for my laptop so I can see it if I had too, but my lap top is not exactly something I want to mount on my dashboard lol. I know there are aftermarket 52mm guages, because I was considering getting a digital one at the same time as my trans cooler, but I figured I would see what the experts at this are using.

While I wouldn't consider myself an expert, at this, the Torque Pro app is the way to go... If you have Android.

Ohh okay, I have heard of that. I always wondered how they were. Which OBDII Bluetooth adapter do you use? Prices range from $10 - $200 and everyone says they do the same exact thing.

I got mine off of Amazon. I believe the exact brand name was BAFX Products. cost like 23$. Leave mine plugged in. Use it everyday. Not a single problem so far. One of the best buys I have bought for the truck.

The scangauge is a bit more of a permanent monitor, but it's a bit limited, display-wise. But it's what I (and many others here) use.
