Got started on Regulator's front bumper, today...

Wow, that looks amazing! I wish I had the skills you do. I want one of your bumpers so bad, but I heard it was hard to get them into Canada acording to another member. Can't think of his name, but he ended up using a toyota fj cruiser bumper.

AlekG had a local shop modify and fit up a bumper for a Toyota something, before I started making bumpers.
I can ship to Canada, but it may just be better to drive down and pick it up, then drive back home with it mounted. Pay duty at the border, if you wish... Though, these aren't really expensive, and if you were to come down to TECORE or another meet, I think there's a $/day of your trip, amount that you can bring back into the country without duty.

Is this different than the 06+ LT bumpers for tbs?

Yes, it's 100% completely different. I had thought about doing a different mod to the LT bumper to work on a 'voy, but the Envoy headlights are up higher, and they're at the same height as the body. Notice no need for "wings" that stick up on the ends?
If you're hinting at asking, yes, I can always make a bumper styled like this for about anything...

It's really turning out better than I could have expected! That picture was 7 hours from when they showed up and I had a little bit of an idea what I was going to do. We made the upper and lower mounts, then I sat there and stared at it, then made a cardboard piece, then made a metal piece and tacked it on, then stared at it some more, and did it all over again, and so on... The bottom of it is 1/2" out from the frame, and the top is like 1.5" out from the bottom of the grill. He's getting shackle mounts and a 2" receiver, as well as a full tube brush guard.

Just curious actually. I realized the headlights were at the same height as the body, but figured that could be remedied by modifying the "wings". Didn't realize the headlights themselves were up higher as well

No big deal... Yeah, the headlights are actually not as tall on the Envoy, so they don't stick down as far from the hood... The body sides are also at a different angle, and that angle starts about 2/3 out on the headlights.

Got it done, today... The brush guard looks a little tall from the front, but it's just because the front end of the 'voy comes down so far toward the front. Had to be up that far to get his KC lights to fit between the brush guard and the winch. The sides are the same, it's just an angle thing in the second picture that makes the one side look out farther. The third picture is basically looking down the one side, showing that the brush guard only comes out (almost) as far as the fender.
