Haven't been on here in a while to update, but I've changed the truck a bit, especially today. Added new tires:
245/65/17 BFGoodrich Rugged Terrain T/A

And removed the plastic front bumper cover.

Replaced the magnetic CB antenna with a 4' Fiberglass whip antenna that's mounted t the roof rack. Also ordered the 3" Suspension lift from Mark, waiting to get that and install it, really excited.
I'll post some pictures once I install it.

Noticed I never updated this once I cut the fender wells, so here's a new shot:



Hard to see, but you can kind of see the CB antenna in this one.

Replaced the cheap Chinese strobes in the grill with some that actually throw some light. Got a set of the E4 Super LED's from Strobes 'n More, and they are BRIGHT!
I'll post a new video once I take a daytime one, but this is all I have for now, since I just installed them tonight.

Added some cheap walmart driving lights to the back of the roof rack, and tapped into the wiring for the reverse lights, so they'll come on when the truck is in reverse. Here's some crappy cell phone pics.





Also have them wired into a switch so I can turn them on as work lights.

Took advantage of the warm weather today and decided to go ahead and paint the factory wheels. Should have taken them off, but without jack stands (I know, I should get some), I did the best I could to mask off the back and the tires, and went to work.

Started with cleaning the wheels:


Then sanded them with 320 grit sandpaper, rinsed them off, and masked off the lugnuts, valve stem, and tires, as well as put newspaper inside the wheel to keep the brakes, rotors, etc. from being painted.


First layer of black paint:


After a few more coats of black, and a clear coat, I wound up with this:


May touch up next weekend if needed. Very happy with how they came out, especially considering that
a) I hadn't removed the wheels, which made painting a bit more difficult
b) First time painting something of this scale

Just relocated the CB antenna from the roof rack to the taillight. A 4 foot antenna mounted to the roof rack was starting to get annoying lol.

Anyways, I picked up a bumper mount from Fry's Electronics, cut the hook piece off so the part with the holes was flat, and bolted it to the top of my taillight (Anzo tails).



And a shot with the trunk open to show the top:



I'm not a huge fan of the bottom part being visible, but hey, it's a start at least. And don't worry, that red wire isn't replacing the coax, that's a wire I ran for the extra reverse/work lighting.

Rewired the offroad lights on the roof. Running with 2 relays now, so I can individually control the inner and outer lights.
Also installed some HIDs the other day.

Got some work done on a rear cargo organizer. The difficult part was designing something to incorporate my subs (I know, I know, but it's my daily driver and I like my music). Spent the better part of all morning drafting some plans and measuring, and the better part of all afternoon/evening building it. Finally got it together, just need to add some sliding drawers in the bottom and some decoration (carpeting/camo/something).

Installed front winch bumper from Tactical Armor Group, which includes a mount for my hi-lift.
Have a ProMark Recovery Winch mounted in it.


Also replaced springs and shocks/struts:
Z71 rear springs
Skyjacker N8030 rear shocks

Moog 81114 Front Springs
Bilstein HD struts (part number: 24-103336)
Flipped UCAs
