Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Lurkers post here and let us know you're alive

New members: please introduce yourself here.

For those of you who are registered on this little site, but haven't yet spoken up, please comment on this thread. No formal introduction is needed, just a little "hi" or smiley will suffice. This is more to see how many people have joined and then just forgot about us, or how many people feel they have nothing to contribute.

Thanks in advance,

-Phil

-Admins, please feel free to edit, move, or delete this thread if you deem it contrary to your wishes or policies. I won't take it personally, I promise :viking:

Haha... going fishing?

I doubt you'll get any bites... but it would be nice if everyone would at least make an intro thread... no reason not to.

We don't flame you... unless you have chrome rims...

So if they post, they are no longer a lurker and cannot claim to be so? Making them liars by posting in this thread? :coffee2:

One of them is a ready-to-go spammer account. Just waiting for him to blast one out so we know what he's going to spam for, then we can mallet his 'nads flat as a pancake, with the Hammer of Ban.

Yeah, the main point of this is to separate the humans from the computers and spambots, or at least to aid the admins in weeding out inactive members if they wish to do so, without deleting those who simply would rather read than post.

We're too young a site to be weeding, and noobs who figure out they need to go to the OS to ask noob questions will be better served. Maybe not by me, though. :coffee2:

Well, hopefully this will be my last post in this "LURKERS" forum! :wallbash:

I finally read the noobie rules start-to-finish and I think I have a fair understanding of the tools to be a responsible community member. Now I need to go to the UCP and Build Thread. That will have to wait for the next visit though. I'm looking forward to being an active member here. :excited:

One thing is missing, or I just don't see it. Where's the spell checker?

The forum software is completely different from trailvoy. No spellchecker built in, however if you switch to using firefox, it has a built in spellchecker that is much like using microsoft word.

Nice to have you back!
