Trailblazer Rear Bumper Design/Build
That bumper is ridiculous. I love how well it flows with the body, after paint it's gonna look like a factory item.

My front bumper was over $1600 and will never be duplicated by my former fab guy either. Burned him out and showed him how much he needed to improve his quoting skills.

We got fab guy on here now that is far cheaper even with shipping to either coast. Bumper and rad skid and oil skid shipped cross country for a grand ish. Everyone should jump on that.

Nope - not at all. The frame brackets are integrated into the tank design, so relocation would be quite difficult. Plus, the lowest part of the bumper is even with the frame - so I'd have the frame hanging below the bumper if I did a body lift.
I decided long ago that I wouldn't do a BL, so its not a problem.

I can't be happier with the final result. The bumper is exactly what I wanted - although it took a really long time to get it done.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm happy with it so far.
Maybe 30 lbs of gas, 35 lbs of tire/wheel, 30 lbs of hilift... total of maybe 100 not including the arm.
I got a little bored one weekend and painted them tan. Yes - I did a purely cosmetic modification. My defense is that they were starting to rust in a couple spots and needed a little TLC.
