Excited to hear what you’re using for a latch also. I’m working on some tube doors, but my
Plan for the latch side isn’t really great.

I thought of using a seat belt latch, not there yet. Lol

Best we could do. Bends are hard. For the latch we used a 5/8" spring latch, welded to the door, and used a piece of square tubing with three holes in it mounted in place of the door striker.
