Engine Temperature

How about your TB engine temperature? Now for the hot days I noticed that if you ride it is all ok temperature alwais up to 212F, but if you stay in place longer, the temperature rises above a 212F until 230F, and the air conditioner does not start to freeze, or barely freezes.

Sounds like either a thermostat or fan clutch is needed I just went and redid my entire cooling system thermostat, tempsensor, radiator, water pump,a/c condenser, and a new non electric fan clutch ,and hoses mine sits around 197-201 as we haven't hit the 110+ degree weather yet we are only in the low 100s in Phoenix

Clean your radiator, and possibly install a 180 degree thermostat.

Clean the radiator and fix the fan clutch and/or water pump. Having said that, here's the fan % vs engine temp, and even at 230, the fan is only 50% engaged.

I faund that cooling fun cluth is not working. but it's not clear why.I have not yet determined what is wrong. Is the fan clutch defective, or a temperature sensor. Maybe someone has changed a fan with a clutch to an electric fan. I would prefer to pass one or two electric fans.
