Yes I have read the sticky ;). I just wanted to post up to get some confirmation before I tear this truck apart.

2inch Rc leveling kit

1.5 mark MC spacers

Z71 springs rear

Skyjacker shocks 4 corners

Try and custom build a radiator and a oil pan skid

31-32 inch tall tire

Seems pretty solid, maybe a higher quality liftkit, liftmeister 2.5 is perfect but I do understand the rough country is pretty cheap. And for tires the BFG KO2's or Toyo OC AT/MT or even the goodyear wrangler mt's, so many to choose from... I'm actually gonna be building my own armor (skid plates) very soon myself. One thing you gotta remember about the new z71 springs in the back is that they will be really dang stiff for alittle bit and along with new shocks at the same time you could have an interesting ride unless you get some weight in there but eventually everything settles, gotta break em in.

Reason I chose rough country is it was a gift.
Should I change out the front springs as well or is it ok leaving them?

I see no problem with it. Looks like it will probably treat you well.

They have about 4K on them, two trails, and no. There are 2 shocks. Our platform only has 2 shocks for the rear.
