If anyone post any good pics I'll add them here. James we got to get you down here next year, it's only about 3hrs!

Thanks to Scott and Wayne for inviting me out with them as they crashed the largest Rover event in the country this year!

I got there Saturday morning, set up camp (AKA dropping teardrop in level ground). Dave was there with his son, good to see them again before they move to Africa. I maintained my raffle streak of not winning but Wayne did pretty good and I think Ed won something too. Well planned event and tons of fun.

Some pics.

Lining up for the trail ride, three rows stretching the whole length of the grass field in front of the outpost, I usually skip out on the over sized trail rides but with two events going on at the same time I didn't want to be in a small group waiting 30 minutes on the side of the trail for the larger group to go by.

Group so big when we stopped we just crammed in where we could

Scott, Wayne and Ed broke out the Dutch ovens for a dessert cook-off at camp, the winner was me because all three were so good!

The dogs just wanted to cuddle

Ed doing his best Leon from The Professional, or he was just tired!

Everyone had Yeti coozies or tumblers but me, when I got home my wife had a surprise she had ordered me!

only about 9 or 10 hours from here. Prolly someplace I should try to check out next year.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

Trails were in good shape but the large ride was 2wd stuff, same trails were very challenging wet a few weeks ago, harder trails are there we just didn't take them in that group. I went down Dickey Bell a few weeks ago and that was a blast, going up it would have been twice as hard.

I haven't been to UWH since I sold the FJ Cruiser. I need to get back over there w/ the TB now that it's a little closer to being ready.
