What is your plan, for the schedule 40, where it meets up with the flange that mounts to the motor? Those holes look wider than they are high.

The tube will need to be modified to fit the shape of the exhaust port. But with the way the tube stretches when bent, it ends up pretty oval anyway during a tight bend. This actually should help with the fitment.

Change to process, I ordered a small block chevy header "kit" its basically just the header tubes. 1 5/8" primaries in 16 gauge aluminized. It may change again, all an experiment.

Would have to put a kooks on mine to compare, I'm sure that this won't fit IFS. Someday I might dyno mine, but its not real high on my list.

I'm fairly certain that these were built for a SAS. I dont think these will fit a standard TrailBlazer.
