The tube will need to be modified to fit the shape of the exhaust port. But with the way the tube stretches when bent, it ends up pretty oval anyway during a tight bend. This actually should help with the fitment.
Change to process, I ordered a small block chevy header "kit" its basically just the header tubes. 1 5/8" primaries in 16 gauge aluminized. It may change again, all an experiment.
