Front Bumper Fabrication

Any special projects involving a decent amount of fab work (bumpers, sliders, roof racks, etc)

by iGough13 » Sat Sep 22, 2012 7:42 pm

Hello there everybody,

I am looking for a good fabrication company within the Colorado state lines that can help me get what I am looking for. I have a $1500-2000 budget for the front bumper alone (Including winch and lighting).

If anybody has any connections, please message me or post. Maybe anybody I can talk to and maybe have something designed and delivered.

WIthout paying an arm and a leg there probably isn't anyone within Colorado state lines that will build for this platform. BartonMD is the man to see and depending on what you are wanting he can pretty much make it for you.

Another suggestion for BartonMD. You'll find him in the vendor section of the forum. He builds a nice bumper for a killer price. He's not in your area, but the shipping isn't horrible.
To be honest, you are a bit slim on budget for lighting, bumper and winch.
You're going to need rock sliders, oil pan skid, radiator skid, bumper, winch, and lighting/mounting. I'm right at $1000 with deals and materials for those items and I've built most of my junk and it shows.

I think he has a 6-7 month backlog right now.

What you mean to say is that you sent me one message 2 weeks ago. I responded to it via Tapatalk from the phone like 20 minutes after I got it, but looking at it on the computer, it looks like nothing sent. I've been on every day, most of the day, posting and everything, except for Wed-Sun of this week. You could have sent me another message if you hadn't heard anything in a day or so.

Yep, selling a killer product (standard, optioned, modified, of full custom) for stupid-cheap when it's not your full time job means a 6-7 month lead time, right now.

I can ship a full set of front bumper, rad skid, and oil pan skid to you on a pallet for ~$150 shipping.

Check out the pics/prices page and let me know in a PM if you have any questions.

FWIW, you can get front bumper, radiator skid, oil pan skid, rear bumper, and rock sliders from me, shipped, for like $2,300, depending on how you option them.

I might sell my MDB Fab bumper.....

Just kidding Mike! I got several compliments on the bumpers and truck this weekend. Guy that ran King of Hammers the past 5 years was really impressed with the bumpers and truck,

If you got a plan, message Mike and it is truly amazing what he can build. The thought and effort and skills he putsinto his work makes the wait well worth it!
