I would just make sure you use a 6" receiver, like I did on mine/Kyle's, instead of a 12". Matt's has a 12" on it, because it's made by a conversion van company, and he drags it ALL OVER THE PLACE... Not to mention that the 12" one doubles the moment that the tongue weight of the trailer has on the hitch, vs. the 6" one...
Also, I assume it folds just far enough that the door can open? I had done a previous one like that, but mine/Kyle's actually folds down flat when you take the top pin out, but folds down only far enough to get the lift gate open if you take the bottom pin out... Makes it so you can both load big things in the back, and so if you just need to get in there for something, you can push it back up, instead of lifting it back up, if it was down flat all the time.
Also, so the tire doesn't flop side to side, you'll likely want to do a mounting plate with 3 bolts, instead of just a mount on a piece of tube.
