Why does cheap and my name always go together?

I like the idea of the rear, but it could become a struggle to install the bumper cover. You may end up just cutting a slot in the bumper cover so it's easy to install.
Are you going with the press-in hinge? I've reviewed it some, and many people suggest at least welding the bottom of the press. The press also sounds challenging due to the warping of the welded hole, I'm sure you'll figure it out though.
I'm eager to see your air setup completed - I've got one of my own that I'm still tweaking.
JamesDowning wrote:Oh I see! So you'll have the crown bolt installed from the bottom. Very nice. The only issue I could see is with the seal being on top. Just make sure there's plenty of grease in there.
Do you plan to create a stop for the tire arm? Mine didn't have one for a while and it would often swing out of control. I now have mine limited to 90 degrees of motion and I like it much better.

But i´ll do that and post them for you! I´ll take the measurements in metric, hope that doesn´t matter!?

You mean the international system of measure? Noone uses that! That's actually all we use at work.
And anyone that needs "measurements"... go out and take a tape measure to your rear bumper and sketch something up. Seriously, any decent fab guy should be able to connect the dots.
Sorry for the rant. Nice looking swingout Karo! How are you going to mount the fairlead for the winch?
