Hey out of curiosity, how do you like the BCT15x? Looking at picking one up one of these days, and I'd like some real-world reviews. You're using the 3ft Firestik scanner antenna right?

Works great still playing/learning how to use it with any high end scanner there is a decent learning curve. Yes I am using it with 3ft Firestik scanner antenna works great.. (only a test run, hoping to get the mounts in next week for the antenna's)

I also live in MA and have been in the Milbury area a bunch of times for work. (Aggregate Industries). We will have to find some places to wheel together sometime, once your off the ground that is. :flex dirty:

Yes we will defiantly need to find some trails to go out on...

Good choice! Many, many mods can be passed off as "safety equipment". I used that argument on my PullPal, because the first really bad stuckage I had with my wife would have been a fifteen minute project if I had the winch and a PullPal. Of course, after I knew enough that I needed a winch and a PullPal I never would have gone in the mud flat that caught me.

You really need a little tire temporary plug kit to fully justify the "fix a nail in the tire" ploy. :camping:

:salut:

I really hope you took a lot of pictures. We should certainly have it as a ORTB official article, as I think this is a question that many non-G80 owners will have!

I wish I was around to take pictures, unfortunately we had a fire to deal with on the fire department so I wasn't around to help and take pictures. My cousin had did the swap to help me out because he knew I wanted to get it done. I have some picture of when I replaced the wheel bearings and dust shields I will try to dig though up and write an article about replacing them.
