bilstein 5100 front and rear shocks

Hey everybody, new to the forum. long time lurker of the older sites like trailvoy. I'm a member of gmtnation also.

But i found these: bilstein shocks and could any body tell me if i could use these in the front in combo with mark Mc's 3" suspension lift?

i drive a 2003 Trailblazer EXT 4.2 4wd

You can if you leave the clip on the lowest setting.
