It's actually a more permanent fix then just a bullet button, but legally speaking, yes.

Fantastic... I just check whenever I see somebody with an AR with pistol grip... helps preserve gun rights for all us law-abiding citizens if we all play by the rules, no matter how //// stupid they are in this state.
