[tease mode] I've seen a picture of the prototype, but the upper mounting plate has to change. Icon shipped a new one to Oregon that should be there Monday for a fit test.

Stiffest OEM springs are 440, IIRC. Johnny is using 550 in his Sway A Way prototypes. I forget what AlekG put in his. I'm getting 650 due to the heavier bumper and winch and armor in my front. It may or may not be too stiff, but that's what prototyping is all about.

Something to remember, is a stiffer spring rate means less flexible. There's probably a decent middle ground between having flex, and not having the body roll all over the place.

I actually have the 650's on mine, which are too firm for my liking, but I don't have my bumper installed yet. When it was on for test fit, the ride was allot smoother. I'm prettty sure AlekG has the same spring rate as well, curious how he like the ride with all the extra weight up front??

No top-plates yet... But they ship with on-trac, which usually doesn't show up for another couple hours.. Keep the fingers crossed :sunny: (no smilie for fingers crossed..!!? ?!!)
