Hmmm, thanks for the compliment, would you care to elaborate upon that last statement? :compress:

And I would absolutely be down with doing another trail run, perhaps one up to Western MD for a change of scenery, or somewhere else in the MD/PA/VA area....

Someone made a 'hyphen ass' comment during our big camping meet this past weekend (called TECORE) and I made the comment that depending on where you place the hyphen, the meaning of the statement changes greatly... for instance:

That's a bad-ass stick.

That's a bad ass-stick.

Ewww...

Green ridge, maybe one of the state parks in PA, Assateague island... NJ doesn't have anything worth traveling to... neither does Delaware.

Green Ridge is about a 4.5 hour ride from me. I guess if Dan could drive from CT to NJ for Wharton, I can make a day trip out to Green Ridge. Not sure when...

Rausch creek is about the same. And it looks like an equal trip for all parties. Except for Dan, that's a haul. And Bob is much closer.

You NEED rock sliders and either a custom bumper, or a removed bumper to do Rausch. Otherwise you will be stuck to the easy stupid trails. You also need someone with a winch if you want to attempt any blues.

Yeah, from what I've heard, the easy stuff at Rausch is not much better then Wharton... and the harder stuff requires what James mentioned...
