2002 Chevy Trailblazer "Z71"
4x4 GT4 G80

Suspension Modifications:
Front:
Liftmeister 2.5" suspension lift
Bilstein HD struts
Rear:
Liftmeister spacers
Z71 shocks

SMAXX front sway bar end links, rear sway bar removed.


Exterior Modifications:
2" body lift
MarkMC 1.5" spacers 6x5-6x5.5
Stock Silverado 17x7.5 Steelies painted satin black
BFG Mud Terrain LT255/75/17 Load Range D

blacked out grill/mirrors/door handles/roof rack
Whistler modded headlights w/35w 6k HIDs
Custom CB antenna mount under D-pillar

Engine Modifications:
Color matched engine plastics
Dynomax muffler and res. delete with side exit and stainless tip
ChromeIntakes CAI

Interior Modifications:
Black & Tan 2 toned interior
Color matched gauge bezel, vent bezels, switch panels, and handle trim.
LT cloth seat covers
Leather wrapped steering wheel

Recovery Equipment:
2 30'x3" recovery straps
tow rope
shackles
first aid kit
portable air compressor

Electrical Modifications:
Remote start/keyless entry
Pioneer CD player with aux input and preouts
Custom sealed box for 2 10" poineer subs.
Custom color matched 1200w amplifier

Here is the cutting I had to do:

Front of lining

Cut rocker panel and bent tab 180deg for new mounting point.

I also replaced/upgraded my CV clamps since the inner boots decided to spring leaks on me.
These were uber easy to install, stronger the the originals, and can be adjusted as the start to "relax". Not a bad fix until I can afford to start replacing shafts.

Postman dropped me a package today. The base was tan when it arrived. Thanks to Krylon Fusion, it is now hunter green. Not an exact match, but closer to my color and it will stand up to the weather. Now, off to install it in the rain..
