Suspension Modifications:
-Marks 3" Lift
-Installed 89 springs. Gave me around 2.5"

my first modifications to the blaze. cut the hoops off the stock bumper. took the front air ram and put it in place of the huge gap under the grill between the bump and the grill

onto my custom stinger(brush guard) which mind you was a huge pain in the butt. after hours of "Lame sharpie marking time" as we called it we ended up with this

and of course a little fresh paint

now i know it looks alarmingly like HARDTRAILZ strip on his hood but i had to have one. took forever to lay out

now that summer had rolled around we (my brothers and i) rolled doorless all summer. you wouldn't believe the looks i was getting around town.

did some custom grill painting and had to make a custom bowtie. which i get lots of likes on

finally got marks 2.5" lift in. i was so stoked

onto my custom rad skid plate. bought a piece of simple sheet metel. my brother works at an auto accesory shop and the were trowing away a bumper display mount. in the shape of an "H". i just cut the upper half off and the bolt holes lined right up for me on the bottom side of the bumper. cut some 45's on the ends to prevent some snagging and bolted her on. then i just zip screwed on the plate steel to create a skid

this was my attempt at a rear tire mount without useing the reciver

i wish i could have kept it but it was a little sketchy goin down the road. all it took was a hammer to get it off. welder was acting up. thank god nobody got hurt.

after the accident my rear bumper was totally smashed up. i removed the rear skin and pulled out my receiver, which in my case the bumper and the receiver where one(welded from the factory) i cut the bumper apart from my receiver and went wheeln' with the fellas. thats me.... dont know what was goin on. i think my nabe just popped his radiator hose in his exploder.

onto my "plati shave" i haven't seen this on anyone's ride here( inform me if im wrong) but i like it simply because it gets all the mud and salt out and away from the TB. it also gives it a more "aggressive" stance in my opinion

now the rear bumper was a bit tricky. used "C" channel on the lower half and a nice piece of pre bent scrap the old man picked up from somewhere for the top half. after hours of drinking and pondering at the back of of my bumperless blaze we wound up welding the "C" channel directly to the frame since its bent and weak and welded the pre bent stuff to the top half to fill the gap from frame to the hatch to make it look decent. then added some "D" rings for recovery purposes

Transfer case replaced.

Took about 7 hours. Took a little while to figure out how to take it out.going back in was easy

Extended my roof rack and rid of the ugly Light bar. Mounted lights to the rack

Finally got around to finishing up my front bumper

New cardone CV shafts with neoprene boots and my 89 springs. Was my project for the day

This was after the 89s and new cv shafts

Befor The 89 front could springs. Measurement from floor to oil pan "skid"(junk)

Right around a foot of clearance with balder than bald 32s and the 3" suspension lift

After the 89 spring install. Right around 15". Thanks Dirty bacon
