I'm making the parts - not actually doing a build..

flywheel looks similar to this onehttp://vortec4200.com/index_htm_files/32.jpg DON"T BUG Jerry about them - he transfered production to us.

Bell housing adapter plate - goes from the Atlas (4200) pattern to SBC/BBC pattern.. delete one bolt and it'll adapt an LS trans..http://www.emtechmotorsports.com/sitebuilder/images/P9091522-445x329.jpg

Flywheels are about 120 days out .. sign up list on vortec4200.com - yes you have to join and no its not my forum..

I love the idea for the tube chassis car I am building but am still torn between this and another due to the pan. On the truck I just finished suspension work and am continuing to turbo it. If the auto tranny stb then I think this would be the next best thing. I wish this platform had more of an aftermarket so everything wouldnt be a pain to produce

Oh... You're not doing any kind of build? Like not on a TB, or no build at all? So, are you just a company that is making parts for "others" or are you making parts for whatever you're building (older L6 car or whatever)? Whatever is is that you're building, I'm sure we'd like to see it!

For us, though, specifically the offroad segment, an automatic is better off road than a manual, so I know I wouldn't be interested in any of it... And this is coming from someone whose 3/4 ton pickup / tow pig and Cruze ECO are both manuals.

Be nifty to have a lowered 2wd 4200 powered manual trans'ed TB!
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

Sweet. Lets see some big ole burnout vids of the 51 with turbo. Give us some inspiration!

Exactly why I usually post on imgur. Same happened to a lot of my items as well. Good to see you are still posting and in the game. I see some bumps here and there on the 4200forums, but have been hunting for some time for a turbo for my non-intercooled setup I am slowly piecing together. Just finished rebuilding the whole suspension, now looking for either the same DAF turbo you had. K29-or some KKK turbo. BW S366 or stick with the recommended Holset HX40. On the older P10 ECU, in the long run I may follow in your foot steps and do MS3 to get tuneability for the turbo, but all in all if the Tranny esplodes I know who to come and see and not do a 4l80.
