Hi everyone , I'm a noob, I've done a ton of research and like other post my disconnect housing has snapped off during removal . I know other members posted they drilled the housing to break it up , but my question is where do I drill and what size drill bit do I need ? , any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, I'll attach a pic of where I'm at

Thanks
John

Just drill broken section of the disco in a couple of places and and firmly hit the sections with a chisel/ flat head screw driver as far as drill bit as big as u feel comfortable drilling iwith in the oil pan

Essentially, yup

Take it slow and remember the piece in the oil pan is probably only about 2" deep.

Good luck!
