Differential upgrade

I am thinking of upgrading my front and rear differential to 4.56, I found this company who want to sell me the complete kit to upgrade it. I dont know what is the size of my differential (7.5, 8.0,8.6) is any way I can find out?, this is the email they sent me.

It was nice talking with you today.  Here is a breakdown on the parts we discussed:
$225 - GM 7.2" Front Ring & Pinion - 4.56 Ratio
$150 - GM 7.2" Master Bearing/Installation Kit
$120 - GM 7.5" Ring & Pinion - 4.56 Ratio
$60 - GM 7.5" Master Bearing/installation

What do you guys think?

7.2 is the front, 8.0 is the rear. 8.6 rear is from the EXT/non-SS V8s.
7.5 would be a S-10 rear and wont work on any of our vehicles

Thanks for let me know, I will call this people and tell him, I have a TB ls.
Is that all I need to upgrade my differentials?

Its what you need to change gearing, not upgrading differentials since they are still factory carriers

Changing the gearing to a lower/stronger gearing would be a upgrade in my book.
