I really need the correct part number because whatever just came in the mail is not what I need. Can someone assist, please? I'm super frustrated...the whole front end is practically falling apart and I'm destroying brand new tires since the right side is wobbling all over the place.

Third week in June is my vacation week, other than that one week getting time off is like playing Russian roulette. Some weekends I get Friday night thru Sunday, others I only get all of Saturday and have to go in Sundays. I never know till Friday at 11 am if I get the whole weekend off or not. Sucks being low man on the totem pole, but have to start somewhere.

Like this weekend I am due out of work at 1 pm Sunday going to Maine.

I hope you don't think your tire wobbling has anything to do with your disconnect. Get that fixed ASAP if your tire is actually wobbling.

James...I don't have the technical knowledge/information to try and explain what is going on and when I try, no one (understandably) has the patience or time to try to understand what I'm saying. I try really hard to make sense but it doesn't work; that's why I come across as stupid. I just don't have the proper knowledge or terms.

Thank you for posting the article - forum/website navigation is something else I have gotten away from. I don't go on here enough to really "get" how the website works. I'm sorry I've fallen into the grom category again.

Not a lot to go wrong.

There's bushings on the top and bottom a arm
There's the upper and lower ball joints
The tie rod (inner and outer), that steers the truck
Then the hub/wheel bearing
Other than that the only thing that can make a wheel/tire wobble around is alignment.


Given the cost of those tires, and the amount of labor a shop will charge to fix anything, I would think figuring out how to communicate what is wrong and figuring out how to fix it yourself would be extremely high on the priority list.
If you don't have the technical knowledge, do some reading, all the info is here.

Just to put it in perspective, one of those tires probably cost more than the hub, balljoints, bushings and tie rod end on one side. After you've got some real funky wear on the tire it's essentially garbage.
