Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Revese Lighting brackets

Breaker 1-9, anybody got a copy? Any discussion or mods relating to electrons and wires go here.

I have had some success selling my custom light bar brackets for 50" Curved LED light bars, and I would now like to expand into some other things. What I'd like to work on next is some sort of aluminum bracket to mount auxiliary backup lights to the rear of trailblazers/GMT360. I am ordering a pair of 3"x3"x3" LED light pods from Ebay, and plan on designing a mount for them as backup lights, mainly to help me loading my boat at the launch at night, and obviously for reversing off-road in the dark. I am thinking of mounting the bracket to the flat portion of the body under the rear hatch and above the tail lights, where many people, as well as I have mounted our CB antennas. This would hopefully be something that will work with many different off-road light pods. I have a few ideas I'm working on, so if anyone would be interested in buying something like this let me know. Also if anyone has suggestions for this project, or anything else they would like to see built, feel free to let me know.

I would love to get some! Great idea, I would not mind even mounting a lightbar to the back for back up lighting!

I'm sure that'd be great & all

I went with the simpler approach drilling & bolting to the rear step & they're protected there

Some of the Trailblazers and Envoys do not have that center step though, it is a good idea though.

I just got some white led light strips and put it across the truck between the top of the bumper and the hatch. Just like how most trucks have the third brake light under the tail gate.

I'm interested in a curved Lightbar attached to the hatch, or your originally posted idea since I could attach them to my rack instead.

I agree though, these rigs need light in the rear!
