Honestly, that spaghetti is pretty controlled Bill. I've seen much worse. What's really bad is when it starts coiling on it's own.

And hey by the way, does anyone know which fuse controls the 12v outlet on the left?

not off top of my head, but i know its the same as the OBD II port.
