Kit: RoadPro "Platinum Truckers Series" High Powered CB antenna kit. Made in USA

Aluminum mounts, 16 gauge 18' coax, 3' antennas, rated for 1000 watts.

mounted to my tool box. Checked the ground with the continuity feature on my electric meter. Both mounts are well grounded to the truck frame/body.

Because of the huge co-phased connector and the heavy gauge coax, my CB now sticks out a little bit. It was flush before. I'm not concerned. Notice my home-made bezel.

My reception is definatly better than before. I needed a new coax anyway, so the new coax combined with the duel antennas is leaps and bounds above my old setup.
