That is because plans are flying germ incubators. IMHO.

That is because you are drinking the local water. You body is not use to what is in the water. I use to also travel about 25 -30% of the time and took me about three days to get regular until figured it out and started drinking bottle water.

That. I can drink the water in some parts of Mexico and I still achieve digestive regularity within 12 hours.
