Not that tip!! :puker: I am looking for pictures of your exhaust tip. Are you turned down or doubled out? Did you put on some stacks or leave it raw?? Post up some pictures of your exhaust tips.

I just hacked off the resonator and put on a pipe and the smallest "tip" that would weld on outside of it.

I have since smashed said tip offroad, and need to cut it back about 4"

Going to paint it eventually, when the weather gets warmer. Hacked it off at the resonator, added a piece of straight from AutoZone, and used the turn down from the resonator.

Looks good O.T.R. And if I do smash it, short work to open it back up with the on-board, 18v DeWalt sawz-all. Plus, the Ol' Lady can't tell I did anything to the truck.

VERY TRUE! But some of us have to drive our T.B's daily, and don't have disposable income! :finger: J/K! Most of my mod's have to go under the radar. Don't ask!

That's why I asked here and not the other side. I want to see what the Off-roaders are doing not the mall queens. Where are you hiding it to keep it safe? Maine state law calls for it to exit the passenger compartment, and mine doesn't get to the trail on a trailer. :drive:

Oh hey fellow Mainer! I was wondering when another Maine guy would pop up on here!

I'd take a pic of my tip, but it recently rotted off... damn salt. I have a Gibson catback, never had any issues of smashing it off rocks or other trail fun. I've heard it ring when its kissed rocks or roots
