I had no problem when I ordered my shocks. Called them about an hour after I placed the order to add some upper strut mounts and the phone was picked up on the 2nd ring. Had my order in less than a week.

I have my reservations about some of the tactics the BBB uses when it commies to ratings. Also keep in mind that many people who post reviews usually do so in frustration and anger.
