I've had about a year exerience with this style, from my other forum. All I'll say is it wouldn't be my first pick.

Caleb, why did you create two threads of the same thing?

Its just a thought cause some boards allow their users that option. Its so so. Every board I'm member to has the users Avatar, Post Count etc... on the right side not left. I feel that the old style is a lot easier to use.

I'm slowly getting the new like system implemented. Trying to do something a little different with it, so we are less conformist.

The button is there, but the link still needs some tweaking to get fully integrated into facebook.

The new theme is also mobile friendly (still needs some tweaks), so we will be turning off access via Tapatalk later today.

Is this just temporary or permanent? If permanent that will be sad, cause it is really easy to access the information via Tapatalk.

I've honestly always hated tapatalk and seen it as a necessary evil. If I can ever get this theme working properly on a mobile browser, you'll be seeing a much improved mobile theme, I think. Give it time.

Taptalk is garbage. Thank god you're going to stop supporting this, they've made so much money off of forums supporting it for free, have you gotten any of that app money? Nope. Not mention their ads.

But why is everything backwards?

You guys just agreeing because James said it's cool!? Grow some nuts.

This shit is awful! If this whole "sell out to facebook" approach is our new montra, you can consider me outta here!
Whats next? Pop ups, monthly dues, etc...?
Good luck to you, VerticalScope wannabes.

I agree and like the old layout of the site because it was not linked to FB and had a unique layout. However I think someone/s are tolling us because it is April 1st.

I think I could get used to it, though with the new link to FB, I might have to un-friend a few co-workers.
