OffroadTB.com will be putting out a 2010 calendar, and we need your pictures to fill it.

Each person that wishes to enter can submit up to 2 photos of your vehicle and post them in this thread. If you post a re-sized photo here, please ensure that you have a high resolution available if we request it. (or you can just post up a high res version now)

Picture guidelines:
-Taken off-road
-Of your vehicle
-In perfect focus
-No DATE or TIME Stamps
-Please try not to cut off any part of your vehicle, unless it has some sort of artistic merit.
-High resolution MUST BE avaliable (2000px or more wide)

We (the mod/admin team) will then pick the best photos by weighing the following:
-photo quality (no cell phone pics will be considered!)
-artistic merit of the photo
-'off roadness' of the setting
-vehicle modifications (the more the better)

This is a first-come first-serve sorta thing, so once we have 12 pictures that we like, we will begin the calendar creation. So don't wait to submit pictures; submit them now! You can always come back and submit two new ones... but please only have two photos posted here at a time.

Please note that by posting your photo, you are giving us full rights to use your photo in any way we see fit... and please don't hold it against us if we don't choose your photos.

I think that about covers it... lets see some pictures!

I didn't take the pic but can the lower group one in the water be submitted if the original is large enough ? I'm sure the photographer knows who he is.

Pictures should not have any noticable edits either... remember this is a calendar that many people may purchase and hang on their wall at work.

When it comes to vertically oriented pictures, make sure their width is at LEAST 2000 px. We will have to crop out a lot of your photo, because the calendar is oriented horizontally, but we can still use it if the width is 2000 px.

Comon people, everyone should at least submit something.

I wish this had 2000, but it was cell phone. i will try to get back there with the camera.

Definitely go back there with a camera and take MANY pics there. You should come out with a bunch that would be Calendar Worthy.

ALSO... to all submitting... please turn the DATE/TIME STAMP off when taking these pics.... You could take the nicest picture that coule be a cover shot... but ruin it with a big yellow date/time along the bottom.

Hmmmm, it might make sense to add a line about the equipment in use on the bottom of each picture, to give an attaboy to the CURRENT equipment vendors!

True, but alot of us are adapting things or doing one-off mods to make it happen. Hopefully our platform doesnt fall through the cracks or end new equipment development with its termination. I was thinking of how there is still new inventions in lifting a straight axle chevy from the 80's and if they think they can overcome that tried and true market, our limited competition should help them desire to develop for us.

Lady & Gents... I did a little cleaning up in this thread, removed some posts whose images did not meet guidelines. It's nothing personal... just trying to make it easier for all to see the submissions.

Thanks, Your friendly forum moderator...

OK, here are my 2 favorites from this year. First one is on the TECORE/MORA trip - Outer Banks, NC. Second one is on the Big Western Trip - Reds Canyon Trail, UT. These are the proofs, I can provide the hi res later.

In Moab, UT, Canyonlands National Park. From a thread not yet moved over here from the OS:    TrailVoy Thread   Pics 1 and 3 were on the White Rim Trail - over 100 miles IIRC without pavement. #2 was in Long Canyon.
