A couple items to be aware of.

  • Polls should be working now. They were deactivated a while ago due to a glitch in the forum theme. That has been fixed.
  • Also, you will notice a quick reply box at the bottom of threads. You can create quick replies with this box, however it does not offer the formatting buttons that the standard editor does.
  • Got rid of the annoying Facebook widget at the bottom of the front page. Instead there is a link off of the main menu now.

The theme fix may have fixed other minor glitches as well.

Cheers!

I must say... I'm loving the Quick Reply... always wondered why we never had one.

That's funny, I thought the poll was option one for the Quick reply and option two to stay like before. :wallbash:

Love the save draft feature though.

might be neat to have an emotiocon that tells a user they need to search first or something like that.

My only annoyance left is that when you click on a link, it automatically takes you there, instead of opening it in a new tab/window... Not sure if that's a forum thing, or a user preferences thing, though...

You should be able to right click, and select Open in new Tab, or window...

Thanks for the reminder. One of those things that got changed way back when the forum started. I'll have to hunt it down. It wasn't an obvious change, like you'd think it should be.

:Iagree: I tend to always close out of OffroadTB after following someones link because of this.

Thanks for all your hard work and time James.

Click the center mouse scroll wheel when on the link to open it in a new tab. When looking at build threads or whatever, I usually just open 4 or 5 at once this way and then click on the tab under the navigation bar with the center mouse scroll wheel to close it when finished looking at everyone's cool modifications and hard work. :work:
