We've been kicking around the possibility of bringing on another ORTB team member.

The ideal candidate:
  • Would have some free time to devote to the site
  • Reads most, if not all posts
  • Is ok with 0 compensation
  • Has good posting etiquette
  • Interested in writing articles for the site
  • Is familiar with Wordpress
  • Full of ideas

Please respond to the above bullets if interested.

EDIT:

I suppose I'll make it official.

  • FREE TIME: I work from home. I have an ORTB window open most of the day anyway.
  • ACTIVE: I read most everything here.
  • PRO BONO: Again, I have an ORTB window open most of the day anyway.
  • ETIQUETTE: Bill's meaner than I am.
  • WRITING ARTICLES: Been there, done that.
  • WORDPRESS: Covered. I've got some phpBB experience too, but I'm pretty rusty.
  • IDEAS: My ideas are all terrible, but I'm full of them.

Free time comes and goes
Read most of the posts
What is compensation?
Posting etiquette?
Writing articles for the site? Well if I come up with a good idea for one. :pale:
Wordpress - I have administered it, we use it for a knowledge base here at work.
Full of ideas - well they come and go...

I'm willing but the other two guys are more qualified and have more experience. It might also be a good idea to have an admin from the Western part of the country to cover the later shift.

I'm glad this really isn't a voting subject. Either man would be great for our members and the continued success of this forum.
