Not singling anyone out here. A lot of people have had a hard time understanding how the youtube function works.

So lets say I want to embed a video.

I have this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnSPT2vE4Tc&feature=feedu

All I need is the video's unique code, the part bolded and underlined below (after the = sign, and either ends the url, or ends at the & sign).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnSPT2vE4Tc&feature=feedu

Put that between the youtube tags...

Code: Select all

Voila!

Bumping this as a reminder of how to do this. I see a lot of people posting the youtubes as links, instead of embedding them.

I am not familiar with how tapatalk works, although I'd imagine there is some sort of workaround.

I'll have to figure it out...or I'll just use the safari browser on my iPhone when I post videos from my phone. I don't put up many videos while not in front of a computer, so it won't be a hassle to get on the phone browser every once in a while.
