I guess I have had a busy month. I have made a couple of trips up to our scout camp in southern Utah, just north of Zion, near Kolob Reservoir. I took the family up there on 7/10 and again on 7/16-17 to bring up some repeaters for the camp to use for the treks. I have another trip back up there this weekend to help close up the camp for the season and bring equipment back. Google Maps Location

The new tires seem to do fairly well with the mixture of mud puddles and soft powdery sand up there. The property that I drove through to deploy one of the repeaters was fairly torn up. Needless to say I didn't let them stay looking new for long.

Since my sons like to take a lot of pics I decided to include a link to the entire album if you are interested. There are a few pics of the northern part of Zion since I decided to take that route home. Del Webb Album

Here are a few pics from the trip;

I have been here in the past. It is a fun place as a scout! Pretty views on the road in.

Yeah I use to be on staff up there and spent most of the summer exploring when I was off.
