Erik requested these, So I figured I'd share them with everyone too.

My TBSS offroad collection. I noticed Erik's truck is near mine in a lot of these shots. Maybe V8's are just drawn together in a crowd of I6s.

Not bad!
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

Sweeeet

Thanks guys. Not only for a great weekend, some fun wheeling, but also the posts! I really had a blast. I think the people make the difference. This is a really great group of wheelers.

James02, are you sure that walking stick isn't still waiting on your truck? haha

I tried to make an effort to get a good bit more pics this time. I was a little bummed that I missed a lot of good opportunities last time. To be honest I still missed a lot of good times. Really wish I had video of Matt going completely airborne on a series of rock shelves. The guy was going nuts. There were multiple tire failures, the previously mentioned driveshaft slip joint coming apart, my CB antennae mount finally failed etc. Then there was the almost 200 miles of trails we did. A good chunk of it I had never seen. I even got to do some "research" checking the strength of my sliders, front and rear bumpers, and skid plates.
This was easily the biggest group I've seen and there were a lot of the same faces I've laughed with for the last couple years as well as some new ones. All these guys are real good guys, you're definitely missing out if you never get a chance to meet em.

The fog we saw was reasonably thick, but not horrible.

Nice pictures Jason!

What do you guys think of this? Turns out my spare does have a popped cord.

I check all the lug nuts on the truck. All are tight. the 6 on the spare weren't loose, but weren't totally tight. I was able to get a 1/4 turn on most of them.

I'm going to be kicking myself for not going when the opportunity arose. Nice photos Jason. Hopefully Spring TECORE turn out will be even bigger.

It would have been nice to have another 35" tire truck on the trip. I got up the Cliff. Jason had to work his truck pretty hard, but he got up. And Anton. Well, he broke his truck in half just trying to follow Jason and I. lol ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration... But it did take him 2 tries and a repair! lol (YES! this is bragging rights for the newbie!)

Erik, why does your rig look short to me next to or behind other TBs? Is it the lack of roof rack? Optical illusion? Seriously, how tall do you sit?

My stock OEM 2005 front springs have me sagging pretty bad with the bumper, skids, and winch. I'm sticking my cute rear end way up in the air! lol But the front is pretty low. I like the lack of a roof rack. Last time I tried, I was able to squeeze into a standard garage door. I plan to adjust my height when I find the funds for Radflo. She works pretty good for stock springs though! I was NOT disapointed in my offroad abilities in this rig.

Okay, makes sense that you're finding some "sag" in the front with all the weight. Your rig looked exceptional in the video, perky rear end and all.

Here's is a video of Dave, Jason and Erik, Notice Erik is only in two wheel drive, here ;). A little bird told me that it couldn't not be done in two wheel. Hmm you showed him. Lol.

Loved it Jason! Even some hdr in there for good measure.

Glad you captured the old chimney log. Too bad we couldn't get it spitting some fire.

I did find my puncture. Its a slow sidewall leak. I prob popped it on the rocks that dave did, but it wasn't instant. I prob drove on it flat for 2-3 miles off road... maybe more. Amazed that wasn't just rim by that point. I still don't know how I didn't feel it before someone behind me spotted it.
