I'm thinking on doing a small meet in Northern Mi. This will be a Day trip, there are some trails up here that we can go weelin on and if you want to stay longer there is a camp ground where we will be weelin. All you will need is a ORV Sticker to get on the trails, I don't know what you will need to get into the Campground. I will not be spending the night. I have no recovery gear besides factory hooks, a Portable Power Unit and Shovels. Sad I know

This is just an idea. Let me know some dates that will work for you. I know that there is going to be a Big Midwest meet sometime in May. So I'm thinking July/August. I have friends comeing up from Ohio in June so thats not gunna work for me.

I'm also in the process of lifting my TB, the way things are going for me I'll have it completed sometime in July(Lift, Tires and Spacers)I will let you know when its completed.

Again let me know if you are able.

Not everyone on this forum is on GMTN, if you are going to post an upcoming event here you might as well keep up with it here also.

August 11th 2004LS,Cable810, Jham

We are getting there.....slowly. I'm set on these dates unless something comes up for me. Shoot for the 4th, 11th or 18th?

If we do it the fourth Rogers City will be very very busy, unless we don't go into Rogers City. The trails are about a 40 minute drive from Rogers City and about 20 from Onaway. If ya'll are coming off of I-75 Onaway would be the best place to meet, in terms of closeness to the trails. Rogers City is a nicer city/town than Onaway. Are we planning on meeting before or after lunch?

Talking to my friend who gave me a hand with the lift, telling him about a place I found that I went wheeling on. He told me another really good place(Red Bridge Rd). We would still need to purchase ORV Stickers if we go to Red Bridge Rd or if we decide to go to Bummers Roost/Black Mountian. There are a few There are quite a few Seasonal Roads that run through Red Bridge Rd which I dunno what they would be like. Looking at google maps the seasonal roads look to be really good places to wheel due to the fact that you can't really see the road from Google Maps(Satelite).

Here is a map:
http://www.vvmapping.com/trails/mapP...l_Map_Pg81.pdf
http://www.midnr.com/publications/pdfs/ ... _Route.pdf

I dunno if Y'all wanna go to bummers roost or what? I know Kuchar said it would be nice if the trails were fairly wide. I can not confirm or denie how wide they are. I was never able to go to Bummers Roost like I had planned and I'm not gunna get out there anytime soon.

When do y'all wanna meet, time wise?

Does August 18th work? If so can I see a show of Hands?
