Next trip shouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately my truck isn't healthy enough for this one. Sorry folks, have a great time.

Maybe your wife's truck would be somewhat capable. 8-) The next trip is to the Badlands, just to let you know.

It has been a while since I heard anything concerning this from: rgrabroske, mtousignaut, and Hatchet669. :work:

I took my bumper covers off today too, but after seeing how easy they are remove, I put them back on. I'll take them off Friday night. I'll have to remove wheel well linings too. :flex dirty:

I don't have a CB.

Maybe not the mud pit, but maybe a giant water puddle. It would have to be tasted before it gets ate. :coffee2:

I like what 04canyon (fbody4life) said on 355nation.com:
04Canyon wrote: I will say that I was impressed with the trailblazer guys being pretty much stock height hitting the trails hard. After I got home it was about 35 minutes in the power wash and probably a pissed off owner with all the mud chunks I left behind and the cleaning will continue tomorrow.

Why does he want to clean it so soon? I wish I was that dirty.

I downloaded all the photos that include my truck.

The ride home was a little rough. I have so much mud caked in the calipers and rims, brakes feel a little spongy and the truck drives like it needs a tire balance badly. I was feeling the thing shake like jello the whole way home. It was great meeting you guys and I hope we can do it again soon.

Showed up around 8:40,the 355 nation guys showed up around 8:55,the 3 of us went around for about 20 mins, then DJones came in,we all wheeled together as a group until about 1:30,then i hopped in the TJ as a passenger and videographer due to being low on fuel and $ for fuel.

Im proud to say im proud of my trailblazer, she didnt break(granted,i have some parts i need to get around to replacing and upgrading to keep it as a DD),or fail me,only scraped the bottom once,no traction or articulation problems i noticed.i only backed out of two things, one of which i now think id have been able to do(the hill DJones was pictured on)
I do think im going to purchase skids before a lift however.

That YJ flipping over was something else,The YJ followed us,first time out,it was a couple and 2 kids, one of them was autistic.

they tried to take the bypass around a severely rutted area, but the bypass gave way on they're rear passenger tire, sending them backwards a few feet and onto its side,as soon as i jumped out of the TJ i heard the woman in the couple screaming and crying(she also stated she never wished to offroad again, but later in the day was driving through mud puddles and letting us get mud on her)The kids screamed at first, but by the time we got them out of the jeep, they were laughing and thought it was fun.

They got lucky,no injuries, only damage was they're fender flare in the passenger rear was pushed in,the driver pulled it right out.
They ended up wheeling with us the rest of the day no issues.

A friend of mine,Todd whom was on his ATV with us ended up rolling it and hurting his ankle slightly, him and the ATV are ok now as far as i know.

Sorry i did not take very many pictures.

This is DJones in the lake on the back side of what is left of the mud pit(dried out mostly)

Here he is stuck in a rut,i am unsure of the trail name.

Here is a front view of the YJ that flipped over.

Those pits are geogeous!! :drool3:

Looks like you had a great time. Tires would have definately helped you out though. I wouldnt have even attempted to hit those ruts, just ride the sides. You Would need 35s for that. Definately looks like a greatt trip

I attempted the sides, but I never got the rear wheels out before it became to late to back up to try again.

Unless you'd take a surefire flashlight(MSRP $380.00) and a half drunk 2 liter of mountain dew then i sadly have nothing to offer for some right now...
