Oh, very cool. Should have been looking at the water depth on the side of the doors, too. WAY over the sills. Guess I better post up some pics and move this to a new thread.

Awesome pics!!!! Im still working on getting some videos up. Yes the Hero's do stabilize the video on their own quiet well. As this enviroment is what they are designed for. One thing I am def gona have to look into is if they have increased the size of the card i can use, and a lot more re chargeable batteries.

I think I am gona sel one of my Hero's, and use the money towards picking up one in HD.

Wow... that was surprisingly good video for that little thing!

Bill... I think with every outing you're getting even better at framing pictures! Curious, what camera do you have?

Cheap-ass Canon Powershot A710IS. 7.1 MP, 6X optical zoom, but the secret is that it has automatic IS. Been dropped inthe sand and on the rocks way too many times. I've borrowed Nikon DSLRs for the big trips, but would never use them backwards out a moving vehicle.

Were those posted to youtube in 170 fisheye, or matted down, or anamorphed in software back to a more normal focal length?

The camera's have a native fish eye lens. A few of them were changed in the output size, because I was playing with different resolutions for youtube. But no software lens corrections were made.
