It would be around 23 as mine was around before the bumper -2-2.5" for the bumper that brings you to 21" put the new design on and It's 22.5" maybe mark can explain what might of happened but those are the numbers I actually have a measure shot on my lift ore bumper pre new design

Search any lift install and I have measueements in a thread if you look. Install is like any other lift.
