I think I read earlier that january was a possibility for release.....and that you might offer a spring strut and lift pre built combo for those who want a bolt in application. Any update on this? I already have negative rake in the front, and when my steel bumper comes, it will be way worse.

Isnt negative rake when the front is higher than rear?

Mark, any word on if you will offer a prebuilt lift, spring and shock combo when this kit is ready to sell? I need to start planning things out.

I have just recieved and installed the new hardware. Will update as I test, but I have to say THANKS Mark. Solid set-up and I am sure we will talk tomorrow. Also thanks to Regulator for all the help with the install.

But some pics for those that want to see...

Old...

Mounts were toast...

Centers were busted out of both and lodged on the shafts.

New...

Installed and sitting pretty...

I have more pics, but wanted to get something up here. I gained 1.25 inches, but i think part is due to the busted mounts that I thought were springs settling. I have Bilstien HD and the 88 springs, FYI. Making my tires look tiny, but may be a bit much with the combo. Shafts didnt look too bad, but I always tell myself that. The truck feels more solid and rides a ton better. Will keep y'all posted.

Hey Mark with these suckers work with my 2" longer springs ? I'm running a 1" Smaxx spacer ontop of them now .
Or would my springs be too compressed ?
The DubMobile is getting a makeover !

The new design should work fine with your springs.

What did you end up replacing the stock piece of rubber with? Did you go with a polyurathane like bushing that BDS uses in there kits?

And just throwing this out, I know they are not done, But I would like mine to use all 3 bolts to mount.

Now that these are actually on someones truck, do we have a better release date in mind? and price? will you be selling a shock, spring and lift pre built set?

Thanks Mark .

Can't wait to see more pics of the installed kit and read some feedback on how it performs . The DubMobile is getting a major re-work over the next 3 months  .

Great work on your design like always . Third hole too please :thumleft:

Can't quite get 3rd hole. I don't see it as any different than before. My center washer never toched metal or provided support. Two bolts are all that connected before.

For the third hole to be able to fit correctly the entire spacer needs to be at least an inch wider. The hole on the spacer was barely visible, and you could see the outside edge of the spacer through the hole. The other option is to elongate the hole on the vehicle, and us a larger washer with the bolt. I think that will be the easier option then a redesign of the spacer. Just my thoughts following the install yesterday.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.

Went with a Monroe mount system. they had the size and shape i was looking for.

yes, some day when i dont have so many irons in the fire.. an assembled bolt in strut is on my to-do list.

might have to delete the third hole idea.. just have to wait till after the testing to make that call..

Honestly i think the new design is pretty much bullet proof with just the 2 mounting bolts..
