I bought a set for rock/stick/bulge resistance and overall bulletproofiness. 5mm thick.

Paint silly cones? You can't honestly say you wouldn't like a different color... I wouldn't mind green to match my already painted parts. Keep the theme going. +1 for sticking by my convictions! :viking:

I admit I asked him about blue before buying the black.

And if paint won't stick, I guess you could wrap it with colored 200 MPH tape. ;)

with all do respect, i wanted a white one to match my truck. didnt really care that much, the black is fine. but i did want to know if i had the option. i also dont consider a colored piece of tubing bling. it has form and function, which bling does not.
not to mention we all drive "custom " trucks. made to each of our own personal taste.....so i say "to each his own".

now, if you guys want to give me shit for hitting the trails with 20" chrome wheels, and a set of bfg all terains....i wouldnt blame you....in fact i would probably have to kick my own ass at that point hahahaha.

Lets make this clear, im not mad or getting defensive. just making a point and laughing at the same time. its all in good fun. carry on :thumright:

But at least you would know WHY 20's aren't suitable.

Those hoses are nice. I will probably pick some up down the road.

As for the wheel size.

Not in the plans to even make any more. They weren't getting bought, so they cut the product.

Perfect example of why a small enthusiast market like our platform doesn't attract too many vendors - too much procrastination and "we'll buy it later" thinking.

And the usual "if it ain't on sale I ain't buying" problem. I saw the benefit, and bought mine at full price the week they were announced. :raspberry:

I laugh all the time on the OS when people delay for months getting the benefit of a PCMforless tune, when they sort of KNOW there will be some sort of holiday sale coming around every few months so they can save $40-50. :wallbash:

Roadie-nag over. :raspberry:

I would have bought them full price but I guess I'm like most of the people in the world looking for a good deal, I'm not sure about you but with my income $40-50 is a nice little savings. I'm working with one income until the better half gets a job ,she just got done with nursing school. I saw this post FROM 2009 and decided to inquire. Why I have no idea the post is from three years ago,I guess I'm a little late in the game. I do appreciate the sarcastic comments anyway. :finger:

I'd hate to disappoint anybody by changing my game up and being inconsistent. :poke:

I did a LOT of frugal things while I was out of work for 15 months and had no confidence I'd EVER get back into an engineering job again. I've been sort of where you are.....

Now where's that guy selling a HUGE JBL subwoofer box in the classifieds? I gotta go talk to HIM. :finger:

You can wheel 20" wheels under 2 conditions

1. They are not chrome

2. You are running 40"+ tires

You must meet both or get bitch smacked :finger:
